This website, krewpoint.com, tells you about Krew Point and lets you book a demo. It is run by Pelagus Works LLC, the maker of Krew Point. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Pelagus Works LLC.

By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Using the site

Use the site only in lawful ways. Please do not:

• Try to break into the site, attack it or overload it.
• Copy or collect its pages with bots or scrapers. Search engines may still list it.
• Send spam, harmful code or false information through the form.
• Pretend to be someone else.

Booking a demo

Please give true answers when you book a demo.

Sending the form does not create a contract, and it does not sign you up for anything. It asks us to contact you and set up a time to show you the apps. We may choose not to answer a request, such as one that looks like spam.

Product information and prices

We work to keep this site true to what the apps do. Features, screens and plans can change, and the site may not always show the newest version.

The product pictures are drawings of the apps, with made-up companies, people and numbers. The example shops in our articles are examples, not real customers.

The site shows no prices. Your price comes from a talk with us and a written agreement.

Our words, pictures and name

The words, pictures and logos on this site, and the Krew Point name, belong to us or to others who let us use them. You may read the site, share links to it and print pages for your own use. Please do not copy, change or use them for anything else without our written permission.

Links to other sites

This site may link to other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for them. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

No promises about the site

We provide this site as it is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranties (promises) of any kind about it. That includes any promise that it will always work, be free of mistakes or fit your needs.

Limits on our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this site or relying on it. That includes lost profits, lost data, and losses that are indirect or that follow from another loss.

The Krew Point apps

Using the Krew Point office app and crew app is covered by a separate written agreement between your company and us, not by these terms. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. When we do, we post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If you use the site after that, the new terms apply.

Which laws apply

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Pelagus Works LLC is based.
