Inside your company

You decide who sees what.

Every person has an access level, and its switches decide what they can see and change. The office resets a forgotten PIN in a tap. Every change to pay, access and settings is kept for good, with who made it and when.

The office app’s Access Levels page: the Owner level sees everything, and the Crew level has See pay rates and See job prices and profit turned off. Beside it, the crew phone’s My Time shows the week’s hours and no pay.

How it works

Each of these is how the apps work today.

  • Access levels with switches

Make levels like Office, Crew Lead and Crew, and turn on only what each one needs: see pay rates, see job prices and profit, add people, change company settings. Crews don’t see pay or prices unless you turn it on.

  • Resetting a forgotten PIN

Tap Reset PIN on the person. Their old PIN stops working right away, and you get a new setup link to text them. They open it and pick a new PIN.

  • A record of every change

Every change to pay, access levels and company settings is saved with who made it and when. It’s kept for good, and nobody can edit or delete it, not even an owner.

  • No location tracking

Krew Point does not track where your crew goes. That is on purpose. Clock In saves the time, not where they are.

What we do not do

  • We do not track where your crew goes.
  • We do not sell your data.
  • We do not ask your crew for an email or a password.
